About
Al-Iman General Hospital (AIGH) is one of the MOH general hospitals located in the South of Riyadh City, Capital of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in an area with an overcrowded population. The hospital is a secondary health organization and has a 407-bed capacity with occupancy rates almost more than 90% for the last three years.
The hospital was opened on 10 Safar 1418 and occupies about 16,000 square meters and its buildings occupy about 8538 square meters. The hospital serves more than 1.2 million populations living in the nearby areas. Al Iman General Hospital is located in a crowded area and has both low and middle social economic class. The hospital is serving these populations in different quarters of Riyadh and receives referrals from 25 Primary Health Care Centers (PHC's), a number of small peripheral Hospitals and many private hospitals and clinics. Al Iman General Hospital is close to a famous highway in Riyadh, which means all Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and emergency cases in that road are quickly brought to it.
The number of ER patients is increasing rapidly due to the high volume of RTA's cases due to its location near the highway. The hospital has an OPD Building besides the new Tower Building and the main hospital building. The center is also located within the scope of one of the most important paths Riyadh Metro "Blue Route", where this station will contribute designed within the center's courtyard to facilitate access for auditors Patients and visitors easily and easily to receive the service.
